Cancellation & No-Show Policy For Scheduled Appointments
We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call or email to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another patient from getting a much needed treatment. Conversely, the situation may arise where another patient fails to cancel and we are unable to schedule you for a visit due to a seemingly ‘’full” appointment book. Renew Skin Care requires that a credit card number be kept on file to reserve your scheduled service. If an appointment is not cancelled or changed at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a $50 fee.
First Time Appointment Paperwork
If you are a new patient you will be required to complete some new patient paperwork prior to your first appointment with us which typically take an additional 5 minutes to complete. Please take this into consideration as your plan your arrival time at your appointment.
